I usually start by twisting and this makes so much more sense and looks so much better. <BR/>We have taken to putting tons of corkscrews in wet hair at night and taking them out in the morning and separating/retwisting them. It ends up looking a little dread-lock looking but much nicer. I usually started out twisting each strand and then twisting them together. They would never stay twisted and it drove me crazy!
